Project Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with customers for both technical discussions and organizational topics.
• Support and facilitate the creation of an autonomous vehicle-testing team focused on ABS calibration.
• Manage suppliers from a technical and organizational perspective, including requirement definition and product specification discussions.
• Prepare development cost estimates during project acquisition phase and compile expense reports.
• Plan and monitor ABS-related project activities, participating in platform meetings and ensuring alignment with global teams.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in an international context.
• Willingness to travel, including medium-duration trips (2-3 weeks).
• Working knowledge of automotive electronic products (nice to have).
• Previous experience in customer interface roles (nice to have).

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management within the automotive/motorcycle sector.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
