AI Data Product Designer Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Product Designer/Developer with a strong background in pharmaceutical commercial data to design, build, and govern data products that power AI and analytics initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Snowflake (cloud data platform and engineering), Collibra (data governance and cataloging), and GitHub (version control and CI/CD for data/AI workflows), combined with domain knowledge of pharma commercial data sources, structures, and use cases. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, data governance, and AI product development, and is critical to ensuring our data products are trusted, discoverable, and ready to fuel AI use cases across sales, marketing, market access, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and models in Snowflake (Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe) tailored for AI/ML consumption.

Document data assets, business glossaries, quality rules, and end-to-end lineage in Collibra. Enforce HIPAA/GDPR compliance, data masking, and access controls.

Manage software lifecycles, branching strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows using GitHub.

Pharma Data Domain: Architect data products using Pharma commercial sources (IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM, claims, payer data) to support sales force sizing, targeting, and market access analytics.

Experience: 5+ years in data engineering, data product design, or AI data pipeline development.

Core Tech Stack: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex AI (SQL optimization, modeling), Collibra (cataloging, governance, lineage), and GitHub (CI/CD, version control).

Domain Expertise: Practical background in Pharma commercial data (IQVIA, Veeva, claims, HCP/patient-level compliance).

Programming: Solid scripting and automation skills in Python and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building feature stores or data products for Generative AI / ML model training.

Familiarity with orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Official Snowflake or Collibra certifications.
