Essentia Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an integrated health system. Responsibilities include evaluating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions; developing individualized treatment plans; delivering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities; and educating patients and families on home programs and prevention. Collaborate with an interprofessional care team, document in the EMR, and contribute to quality and process improvement.
