Organizational Change Management Lead

Develop and execute training strategies aligned with organizational change management initiatives.Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning gaps across impacted teams.Create training materials, user guides, presentations, job aids, and standard operating procedures.Deliver instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.Collaborate with OCM leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.Support change impact assessments and align training plans with project milestones.Develop training schedules, learning paths, and communication plans for impacted employees.Track training attendance, completion rates, learner feedback, and training effectiveness.Support user readiness, adoption activities, and post-implementation training.Identify resistance to change and work with stakeholders to improve engagement and adoption.Maintain training documentation and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications5–8 years of experience in organizational change management, training, learning and development, or related roles.Experience leading training workstreams for business transformation or technology implementation projects.Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning principles.Experience developing training content, user manuals, job aids, and learning materials.Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple training activities, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.Prosci Change Management or related training certifications.Familiarity with enterprise technology implementations, ERP, CRM, or HR transformation programs.Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate.Knowledge of change readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and post-training evaluation.Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and organizational skills.Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability and a proactive approach to change.Ability to translate complex business processes into easy-to-understand training content.Expected OutcomesImproved employee readiness for new systems, processes, and technologies.Effective delivery of training programs aligned with project milestones.Increased user adoption and reduced resistance to organizational change. xzbcwsv Measurable improvements in training completion, knowledge retention, and change adoption.
