Job Opening: Senior Architectural Draftsman (8-10 Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draftsman with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our architectural team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete drawing packages and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution drawings.
• Coordination drawings with structural, MEP, façade, and other consultants.
• Preparation of presentation drawings and submission drawings as per local authority norms.
• Assisting and guiding junior architectural draftsmen in drawing preparation and detailing.
• Reviewing drawings prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Site coordination and resolving drawing-related queries.
• Ensuring timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred).
• Good understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices.
• Strong technical detailing skills and leadership ability.

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship or related field.

As per industry standards (based on experience & capability)
