Job Title : Manager to AGM – Corporate Relations/Enterprise Sales (Training & Placement)

Key Responsibilities: -

• Plan and manage campus recruitment and placement activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.

• Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness.

• Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.

• Maintain and update student placement data and company records.

• Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.

• Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness.

• Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA preferred)

• Prior experience in student placement, corporate relations, enterprise sales

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Good organizational and planning skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Experience

5 - 12 years of relevant experience in placement, corporate relations, enterprise sales .
