• ceDeliver an exceptional fitness experience to all member
• s.Resolve member concerns and ensure high retention through proactive engagemen
• t.Conduct fitness consultations and guide members towards achieving their fitness goal
• s.Ensure adherence to Cultfit's service standards and operational excellenc

e.Business & Reven

• ueDrive Personal Training (PT) revenue and achieve monthly business target
• s.Monitor PT conversions, renewals, and member engagement metric
• s.Identify opportunities to improve club performance and member retentio
• n.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business growt

• nsOversee daily gym operations and maintain smooth centre functionin
• g.Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operationa
• l.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOP
• s.Prepare operational reports and monitor centre KPI

s.Eligibili

• tyBachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Fitness Management, or a related fiel
• d.Minimum 2–5 years of experien ce in fitness management, gym operations, or team leadershi
• p.Experience managing Personal Trainers and driving PT busines
• s.Strong leadership and people management skill
