ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join the team with a background in developing holistic and timeless brand design systems. This person must have a strong background in brand architecture, craft, design thinking, with a proven track record of working on integrated efforts. You must be comfortable working across many media touchpoints, creating rigorous design systems. You're a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. When you decide to make something, you see your vision from concept to launch without any hand-holding.

A strong strategic acumen for building timeless brands through brand architectureCreate brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions with a high level of craftsmanship.Develop original breakthrough design thinking for a variety of marketing touch-pointsWork cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideasCollaborate with creatives, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global audienceDesign conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand intention and value.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5-7 years experience in designing for brandPortfolio features user-friendly product design, web design and branding workExperience across the full palette of design expression: traditional, digital (including products), experiential, and ideas that drive earned mediaStrong communication skillsTrack record of self-initiated projectsA link to an online portfolio showcasing your work (include link on your resume)Must be eligible to work in the US
Additional Information Top 3 must-have HARD skills:1. Brand design, Typography2. Conceptual thinking, strong communication3. Skills: Figma, Adobe, some motion preferred
