Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Product Owner to take ownership of a key enterprise platform that supports pricing, quoting, and sales operations. This individual will serve as the connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into effective technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of Oracle CPQ expertise, product ownership experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. This role will play an important part in shaping future platform capabilities, improving business processes, and driving adoption across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the vision, direction, and ongoing development of the Oracle CPQ platformPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvementGather and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholdersLead platform enhancement initiatives from planning through deploymentImprove sales and quoting workflows through scalable technology solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to deliver new functionality and integrationsMonitor platform performance and recommend enhancements based on business needsSupport testing, rollout activities, and end-user adoption effortsDrive alignment between business objectives and product priorities
Key RequirementsExtensive experience working with Oracle CPQBackground in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or similar functionsExperience supporting xzbcwsv enterprise sales and quoting processesStrong understanding of CRM, CPQ, and ERP ecosystemsProven ability to lead complex technology initiativesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working across both business and technical teamsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce and other enterprise applicationsExposure to Oracle Fusion and integration technologiesConsulting experience within large-scale enterprise environmentsUnderstanding of pricing, approval, and sales operations workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
