Progressive Care Registered Nurse

As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you provide and coordinate care for adults with complex conditions such as pulmonary disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, renal failure, DKA, and withdrawal. On a specialized unit using a 2:1 virtual nursing co-care model, you manage tracheostomies, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, hypothermia therapy, and titratable IV drips. You use evidence-based practice, sound clinical judgment, and clear communication to promote safety, optimize outcomes, and support patients and families.
