IP Litigation Counsel Description - HP is seeking an IP Litigation Counsel to lead high stakes patent litigation and other litigation matters with significant legal, financial, and business impact. This role is designed for an experienced patent litigator with demonstrated trial capability and proven experience leading complex patent litigation, along with the judgment and credibility to lead commercial disputes and government investigations where needed. This role is based in either Houston / Spring or Vancouver and follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office three days per week. This is a judgment driven role with autonomy. The successful candidate will function as a litigation leader, driving strategy, outcomes, and budgets with independent judgment rather
