Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global bank to hire a Vice President into its Fund Finance team in New York.
The platformA tier-one global bank with an established fund finance franchise, providing bespoke, asset-backed financing to asset managers and private equity sponsors. The US team is expanding to meet growing demand.

The roleLeading transactions end-to-end, from origination and structuring through credit approval, documentation and closeUnderwriting private equity portfolios and fund exposures, including diversification, concentration, valuation and cash flow analysisStructuring LTV-based facilities, including covenants, cash sweeps and collateral packagesPreparing and presenting credit papers to internal committeesMonitoring portfolio performance and LTV complianceManaging client relationships with asset managers and PE sponsorsMentoring junior team members
What they’re looking forExperience in NAV lending, fund finance, secondaries financing or structured/leveraged lendingStrong credit and portfolio analysis skills, with exposure to private equity fund structuresWorking knowledge of facility and fund documentation xzbcwsv Existing relationships with sponsors, secondaries buyers or fund finance counsel are a plusStrong communicator who is comfortable in front of clients and credit committees
