Technical Project Manager Experience: 10 Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: WFO Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10 years of overall experience and a strong technical background in software development. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a Developer/Software Engineer role into Technical Leadership and Project Management , with hands-on experience in technologies such as Embedded Systems . Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace domain is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical projects from planning through successful delivery. Lead and coordinate cross-functional software and engineering teams. Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and execution. Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, product teams, clients, and stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines. Provide technical leadership and support based on prior programming and engineering experience. Manage customer and stakeholder communication, including project status and escalations. Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality processes, and domain-specific engineering standards. Facilitate technical discussions and support issue resolution. Required Skills 10 years of overall IT/Engineering experience. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Project Manager . Strong prior hands-on programming background in one or more of: C++ Embedded Systems Embedded C / C++ Clear career progression from Developer/Software Engineer → Technical Lead → Project Manager/Technical Project Manager . Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Experience managing software development or engineering teams. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies . Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project , or similar tools. Strong skills in stakeholder management, client communication, team management, and risk management.
