We are hiring for a NOC Operations Head for a global IT company based in Chennai.

We are looking for an accomplished Network Operations & Managed Services Leader to drive large-scale, business-critical 24x7 Managed Network Services (NMS) for global telecom and enterprise customers.

The role will have end-to-end ownership across:

Network Operations / NOC & Service Assurance

Managed Services & Service Delivery

Network Engineering & Transformation

Major Incident, Problem & Change Management

SLA / KPI / Governance & Operational Excellence

Network Modernization, Migration & Lifecycle Management

Automation, Orchestration, Analytics & AIOps

SD-WAN, Enterprise Networking & Cloud Connectivity

Customer Experience & Executive Stakeholder Management

Commercial Performance & Service Growth

Global Onshore / Offshore Team Leadership

Managing large-scale 24x7 global network operations

Leading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams

Managing AVP / VP / CXO-level customer relationships and escalations

Driving network transformation and modernization programs

Delivering measurable improvements in MTTR, productivity, reliability, cost and customer experience

Building automation and AIOps-led operational models

Managing complex multi-vendor telecom and enterprise network environments

Strong understanding of IP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching and cloud connectivity

Driving governance, service quality and commercial outcomes
