About the Company Graniti Vicentia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and financial reporting function. This role requires 10 years of progressive accounting experience (candidates with 7 years and exceptional relevant experience may also be considered), including at least 3 years of direct people management experience leading a team of approximately 8–10 accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) back-office environment, including multi-currency accounting, revenue recognition, project/job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, AR/AP management, payroll oversight, and financial close for a large and growing business. Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is required. About the Role This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad. The position requires flexibility to work with global teams, including evening working hours up to 10:00 PM on designated days. Responsibilities Team leadership and management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 8–10 accounting professionals across accounts payable and accounts receivable. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manage performance, training, workload allocation, and professional development. Accounting operations Oversee all back-office accounting operations, including: Accounts payable (AP) Accounts receivable (AR) Payroll coordination General and administrative expense accounting General ledger activities Ensure strong financial controls and operational efficiency across accounting functions. Multi-currency and global accounting Manage multi-currency transactions and foreign currency accounting. Ensure accurate conversion, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Revenue recognition and project accounting Oversee revenue recognition, job/project costing, and percentage-of-completion accounting. Develop and maintain robust project costing methodologies and financial tracking processes. Ensure accurate profitability and margin reporting across projects. Financial reporting and close Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal corporate reporting requirements. ERP and process improvement Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP and related financial systems. Drive automation initiatives and process improvements across accounting workflows. Strengthen internal controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience 10 years of progressive accounting experience (7 years may be considered with exceptional experience). Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience managing a team of 8 or more accounting professionals. Proven hands-on experience in: AR/AP management Revenue recognition Job/project costing Percentage-of-completion accounting Financial close Process improvement initiatives Experience supporting a business with annual revenues of USD 100M is strongly preferred. Education and certification One or more of the following is required: CA CPA ACC ACMA / ICWA Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance Required Skills Mandatory experience with NetSuite or another ERP system. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP VLOOKUP SUMIF/SUMIFS Pivot Tables Financial analysis and reporting MNC and international exposure. Experience in the back-office operations of a multinational corporation (MNC). Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance is highly desirable. Experience working with global stakeholders and international finance teams is a strong advantage. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.
