Assistant General Manager Sales

HIRING | AGM – SALES | TERRA BY FLOW (PLOT DIVISION) Flow Realty – Terra by Flow is hiring an AGM – Sales to lead and scale our growing Plot Development business in East Bangalore . Location: Whitefield / Hoskote / Malur Experience: 4 - 7 Years Salary: Competitive Performance Incentives Qualification: Graduation | MBA (good to have) Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities • Own monthly, quarterly & annual revenue, booking and collection targets • Lead, coach and manage Sales Managers and sales teams • Drive daily sales reviews and monitor team performance • Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions • Ensure CRM discipline, follow-ups and accurate MIS reporting • Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales teams • Coordinate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance & Operations • Handle strategic negotiations and key customer closures • Develop strong relationships with developers, landowners and channel partners • Monitor collections, cancellations and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with RERA and company SOPs Candidate Profile ✅ 5–8 years of sales experience with leadership exposure ✅ Experience managing Sales Managers or large sales teams ✅ Strong communication, negotiation and coaching skills ✅ Target-driven leadership mindset ✅ Real estate / plotted development experience preferred ✅ Strong understanding of the East Bangalore market ✅ Hands-on experience with CRM and sales dashboards ✅ Channel partner network is an added advantage ✅ MBA preferred Why Join Flow Realty? • Ownership from Day 1 • Attractive performance incentives • Accelerating career growth • Exposure to senior leadership • Opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business • Strong exposure to the plotted development segment • Merit-based and performance-driven culture Interested candidates?
