The Recruitment Crowd is expanding, and we are recruiting Senior Healthcare Assistant's to join our temporary agency workforce , supporting a wide range of clients around the Northeast (various locations) in healthcare settings.
About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead by example, support and mentor team members, and ensure excellent standards of care are maintained . You will work closely with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to promote wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality support tailored to individual needs.
Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the service.
Supervising, mentoring, and motivating support staff.
Supporting care planning, risk assessments, and record keeping.
Medication administration
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Support Worker role.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Medication certification
A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent ( Desirable )
Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends if required .
Driving Licence (Desirable)
