We are looking for Part Time Spa Associates! We are looking for an energetic, positive team player with previous spa, fitness, or wellness experience.

Responsibilities:• Welcome clients warmly, checking them in and out with care and efficiency.• Manage client communication across email, social media, phone, and text like a pro. We value response speed highly.• Encourage repeat visits by prebooking appointments to ensure client retention.• Promote and educate clients about memberships, focusing on the importance of a monthly ritual• Deliver top-tier hospitality to ensure every client feels valued and cared for• Strategically book appointments to help keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly – your ability to book efficiently directly impacts teammates’ income!• Handle payments and kindly enforce policies such as, late cancellation rules.• Solve problems with a can-do attitude and know that multitasking is part of the role.• Team housekeepingGeneral daily housekeeping - must be obsessed with cleanliness!Keep laundry fully stocked and organized dailyFacilitate infrared sauna sessions for clients and answer questions they may haveResponsible for upkeep of supplies and equipmentWear many hats – and rock them all – to support the team and clients!
