Unison International is hiring a Business Head for a leading Luxury Retail Brand . We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong track record in luxury retail, business growth, P&L management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive overall business performance and profitability
✅ Lead sales, operations, and retail expansion initiatives
✅ Develop and execute growth strategies for the brand
✅ Manage P&L and ensure achievement of revenue targets
✅ Build and mentor high-performing teams
✅ Enhance customer experience and brand positioning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ Extensive experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, or related sectors
✔️ Proven leadership experience managing large teams and business operations
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
✔️ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence
