Profile Summary:

Required Qualification: Master's Degree in Counseling/Guidance.
Work Experience: Min 2-3 years of Counselling experience, preferably in a school environment.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of career assessment tools and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and community stakeholders. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
