Job Description * Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. * Lead CMAR delivery efforts alongside owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. * Develop and manage project budgets, GMP proposals, forecasts, and cost estimates. * Oversee project schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. * Manage project financials while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and support staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant * 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. * Proven experience delivering CMAR projects for municipal, education, healthcare, or other public-sector clients. * Strong knowledge of preconstruction services, GMP development, value engineering, and constructability reviews. * Proficiency with Procore, Sage, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
