Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Java technologies and cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise migration initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration and application modernization programs.
• Manage enterprise Java application migration to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive program planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Define migration strategies including rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and modernization.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.
• Work closely with leadership teams to provide status updates, dashboards, and escalation management.
• Support presales, solution discussions, and client presentations when required.
