Job Title – Business Development Manager – Transit Media & Brand Activations Job Location: Malad West, Mumbai Company: Vritti Solutions Limited Working Days: 5 Days a Week ( Monday to Friday, Saturday 2nd and 4th working) Work Mode: in-office & field work Shift : General Shift Experience: 5 Years Key Responsibilities Drive revenue generation for the Transit Media Advertising vertical and Brand Activations . Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industries and advertising segments. Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, market research, and agency relationships . Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients . Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable transit media and activation solutions . Develop business for on-ground activations, brand promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns . Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations with clients. Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up . Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets . Build a strong sales pipeline and regularly track opportunities, conversions, and revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns after sales closure . Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue. Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, client meetings, and closures .
