Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
• Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action
• Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
• Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
• Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Work Schedule

• 6-day work per week
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Location: chennai
