We are expanding our global footprint in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Animal Healthcare and are looking for an experienced International Marketing & Sales Manager to lead this journey.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with expertise in international business development, export sales, distributor management, and global marketing. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and CIS markets, building long-term partnerships, launching innovative veterinary products, and driving sustainable export growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
International Sales & Business Development Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve international revenue and profitability targets. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and channel partners across international markets. Expand business into new geographies while strengthening existing distribution networks. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term partnership agreements. Drive export sales growth through effective territory planning and market development. Prepare annual sales plans, regional business forecasts, and market expansion strategies. Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. Evaluate distributor performance and implement initiatives to improve business outcomes.
International Marketing Develop and execute global marketing strategies for veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal healthcare products. Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Lead international product launch initiatives across target markets. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and product teams to strengthen product positioning. Create impactful promotional campaigns, technical literature, presentations, and digital marketing content. Represent Azista at international exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Conduct distributor training programs and technical seminars to strengthen product adoption.
Export Operations & Regulatory Coordination Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs teams for product registrations in international markets. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific import requirements. Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely order execution. Monitor export documentation, shipment schedules, payment collections, and customer fulfillment.
Customer & Distributor Management Develop strong relationships with distributors, veterinary organizations, and key accounts. Provide commercial and technical support in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams. Conduct periodic business reviews and establish annual distributor growth plans. Deliver exceptional customer experience through responsive after-sales support.
Strategic Leadership Mentor and guide sales and marketing team members to achieve business objectives. Generate market intelligence reports and recommend strategic growth initiatives. Identify emerging global opportunities and evaluate competitive market dynamics. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term international business expansion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc), Animal Science, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA in International Business, Marketing, or Sales is highly preferred. 8–15 years of experience in international sales and marketing of Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Animal Healthcare, Animal Nutrition, Vaccines, Feed Additives, Feed Supplements, or Nutritional Products. Proven experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, Distributor Management, Global Market Expansion, Product Launches, and Strategic Partnerships. Hands-on experience managing business across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, or CIS countries. Strong knowledge of International Sales Strategy, Export Business Development, and Market Expansion. Experience in Distributor & Channel Partner Management and Key Account Management. Good understanding of Export Documentation, International Trade Regulations, and Product Registration Processes. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in Pricing Strategy, Sales Forecasting, and Business Planning. Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Office, Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Willingness to travel internationally 30–50% as required.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing global distributor networks across multiple international markets. Experience launching Veterinary Pharmaceutical, Animal Healthcare, or Animal Nutrition products in global markets. Exposure to international regulatory registrations and export compliance requirements. Strong industry network within Veterinary Healthcare, Livestock, Poultry, Dairy, Aquaculture, or Animal Nutrition sectors. Experience representing organizations at international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and scientific seminars.
