Transplant Coordinator

As a Transplant Coordinator at MEDSTAR HEALTH, you will manage the care continuum for organ transplant candidates and recipients across our regional system. You’ll coordinate evaluations, listings, and post-transplant follow-up, collaborating closely with surgeons, physicians, nurses, social workers, and external partners. Responsibilities include patient education, data tracking, regulatory documentation, and timely communication to ensure safe, patient-centered care aligned with MedStar’s mission of clinical excellence, innovation, and community service.
