Factory Finance Lead: Costing, Controls & Insight

EBM is seeking a Factory Finance Business Partner to lead cost management across our manufacturing operations. You will partner with the Factory Manager and department heads to drive cost efficiencies and ensure accuracy of costing, BOMs, and SAP data.

The role emphasizes budgeting, performance reporting, inventory governance, and CAPEX support, with focus on direct labour, overheads, variances, and cost visibility to enable informed decision making.
