You will serve as a subject matter expert in Benefits Administration, Leave Management, and foundational Compensation Operations, ensuring Total Rewards programs are accurately administered and compliant.
You will report to the People Operations Director, support employees, and partner with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to optimize program performance.
