Technical Associate (Remote, 6 days/week)

We will consider only those applicants who have filled the following google form: Job details Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Workdays: Monday - Saturday Location: Remote Compensation: 15,000 INR/month fixed 3,000 INR/month performance incentive (some flexibility for candidates with experience) What we are looking for: • Should either be from a technical background like B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, or should be open to learning technical jargon pretty fast. • You must have command on English and must be confident in your communication. Your friends must rate your English communication in speaking and writing at least 9/10 • This job will require you to be intensively on calls and meetings. • You will get a lot of feedback and will have to improve fast • Work experience: 0 - 3 years • We prefer immediate joiners. • Laptop will be from your end. Responsibilities • Taking online technical screenings of candidates for positions in Java, Python,.NET, React, Angular, etc. • Watching screening videos and prompting RLM to extract information on screenings. • Take client feedback and improve on JD and questionnaire being used for different job openings. • Conducting different kinds of analysis across our operations, including Screenings, Client interviews, CV received We will consider only those applicants who have filled the following google form:
