Retail sales executive

The Role

We're looking for personable, target-driven Sales Executives to drive B2 B leather sales. You'll visit manufacturers of sofas, beds, bags, and other leather-based products, present our material range and samples, and convert their requirements into orders. Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit manufacturers (sofa, bed, bags, and other leather goods) within assigned territory Present BAB Leather's material range and samples to procurement/purchase teams Understand client requirements — grade, finish, thickness, quantity — and recommend suitable leather options Generate and close B2 B orders based on client specifications Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer accounts for repeat business Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure order fulfillment timelines Track and report sales pipeline, order status, and territory coverage to the Sales Manager What We're Looking For Prior experience in B2 B/field sales, ideally in leather, textile, or raw material supply to manufacturers Willingness to travel extensively for client visits; own vehicle preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus Ability to grasp technical material specs (leather grades, finishes, thickness) Target-driven with a consultative, relationship-first approach Graduate or equivalent; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Travel/conveyance allowance for client visits Growth path into key account / territory management roles Be part of a legacy manufacturing brand expanding its B2 B footprint
