Responsibilities:

Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients. Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service. conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive pricing. Manage property listings, including marketing and advertising. Schedule and conduct property viewing an inspections. Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies. prepare sales reports and provide updates.

Key Skills:

Graduate/post graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG/PROPERTY/PHARMA/AUTOMOBILE/BANKING/INSURANCE sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player.
