Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students and families over phone calls, explain Admit Verse’s services, and answer queries about admissions in India and abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs, and updating information in the CRM or tracking systems. The role involves understanding each caller’s needs, providing accurate information, scheduling consultations with expert counselors, and following up to ensure timely communication. The Telecaller will collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams to support lead generation, conversion, and an excellent experience for all prospective learners.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively, understand caller needs, and provide accurate, concise information.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or call tracking systems.
Customer service mindset with patience, empathy, and a professional approach to handling queries and concerns.
Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain records, and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and collaborating with admissions and counseling teams.
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
