What You'll DoManage complex, high-volume calendars and competing prioritiesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsServe as a trusted gatekeeper, proactively managing scheduling requests and executive prioritiesHandle expenses, CRM updates, and general administrative needsProvide secondary support to additional team membersAnticipate needs, improve processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
What We're Looking ForExperienced Executive Assistant with a background in a fast-paced financial services environmentStrong calendar management, organizational, and prioritization skillsConfident communicator who can diplomatically push back when neededProactive, resourceful, and comfortable asking questionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate different personalitiesCollaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent judgment and discretion
