About the Role
Orios is looking for a Manager - Legal compliance to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in venture capital, private equity, AIFs, or financial services and enjoy working on investments, fund documentation, and regulatory compliance, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
LLB is mandatory; Company Secretary (CS) is preferred 6 -10 years of legal experience, with 2-3 years in a Venture Capital Fund, AIF, Private Equity, or similar investment platform preferred Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, RBI/FEMA, Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Contract Law Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIf you're looking to work at the intersection of law, investments, and venture capital, we'd love to connect.
