University Park Care Center in Colorado Springs seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in our rehab and long-term care units. You will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, manage wounds and IVs, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. RNs support resident recovery, comfort, and dignity while educating families, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, and upholding infection control and regulatory standards in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
