Stellar Senior Living seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our resident-first senior living community. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily nursing operations, supervise and mentor care staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care across assisted living and memory care. You’ll help coordinate care plans, monitor clinical outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and foster a warm, homelike environment. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team, you’ll promote collaboration, staff development, and continuous improvement while making a meaningful impact in residents’ lives every day.
