This is a high-visibility leadership role with sharp focus on scheme design, payout governance, ROI analysis, cost optimization, compliance, and audit readiness . The role involves managing payouts across multiple channels, building financial models, improving processes, and leading automation initiatives to reduce risk and drive efficiency.
