A leading contemporary art gallery in New Delhi is looking for a meticulous Registrar and Inventory Manager to own their complete digital and physical art inventory across multiple locations.

Role: Registrar and Inventory Manager

Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

Type: Full-time, permanent

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Start date: Immediately

You will manage: Digital inventory on Artlogic including exhibitions, consignments, sales, and location changes Incoming and outgoing shipment documentation and tallying High-resolution image, video, and certificate records for all artworks Physical inventory through challans and movement documentation across multiple locations MIS reports, inventory dashboards, and audit-ready records Coordination with arts, sales, and operations teams across locations

You are right for this if you have: A degree in Museum Studies, Art History, Art Management, or Archival Science 3 to 5 years in a registrar, collections management, or gallery coordination role Strong command of Artlogic or a comparable collections management system Exceptional attention to detail and a deep respect for the care and integrity of artworks Experience with artwork movement documentation, challans, and logistics protocols
