• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects, basic animation, transitions design).
• Sound editing capabilities, including audio cleanup, mixing, and integration of voiceovers and background music.
• Ability to create content for diverse digital platforms (web, social media, presentations) with proper formatting and optimization.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition to produce engaging, audience-focused videos.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow brand guidelines and project briefs accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Previous experience in a mid-level video editing or similar creative role; experience in tech or software services is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
