Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities: Drive Home Loan sales and achieve monthly business targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Develop business through Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, Builders, and Channel Partners. Generate business through direct sourcing and referrals. Coordinate with credit and operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand the market.

Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, or NBFC Sales. Minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience. Strong network with Banks, Builders, DSAs, and Channel Partners. Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
