We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Packaging team, managing existing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities.

About the Role Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions and offering added value options in pricing, services and products.
Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples.
Use our customer relationship management system to retain key information, deepen your relationship with and communicate with the wider team.
Support the activity of Field Sales in the development of their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services, and contribute towards action plans for a specific customer portfolio to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, and increase profitability.
Process Stock and Indent customer orders, completing the administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time

Requirements Confidence in sales and cross-selling with a customer-first approach
PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to prioritise workload and multitask activities
Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
