The ideal candidate should have excellent massage and beauty therapy skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Perform professional massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and other approved treatments. </li><li>Provide facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other spa services as per company standards. </li><li>Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs. </li><li>Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas. </li><li>Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in accordance with company procedures. </li><li>Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally handle guest concerns. </li><li>Maintain treatment records and guest consultation forms. </li><li>Assist in spa promotions and wellness events. </li><li>Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards. </li> </ul><p><b>Requirements: </b> </p><ul><li><b>Female candidates only. </b> </li><li>Diploma or Certification in <b>Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field. </b> </li><li>Minimum <b>2 years of experience </b> as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, wellness centre, or cruise line. </li><li><b>Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is mandatory. </b> </li><li>Strong knowledge of massage therapies, facials, body treatments, and skincare. </li><li>Excellent communication and guest service skills. </li><li>Good command of spoken English. </li> </ul>
