Cone Health seeks a compassionate RN Med-Surg/Tele to deliver high-quality care to adult patients on a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry unit. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication and IV administration, and coordination of interdisciplinary care plans. The RN will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and document thoroughly in the EHR.
