Job DescriptionHandle all phases of litigation from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaTake and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trialsWork directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidanceCollaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation mattersManage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy
QualificationsLicensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar7+ years of litigation experience$250k portable annual book of businessStrong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficientlyExperience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus
