JD: Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Experience: 2+ years | Location: Bengaluru

Role: Build predictive ML models for business use cases, productionize them at scale, and drive GenAI POCs into production-grade applications — collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

Must-Have:

• 2+ yrs in Data Science/ML, with time series forecasting, clustering, classification, regression, or boosting algorithms — ideally in Retail/CPG/CVM
• Strong Python/PySpark; SQL and Spark/Hadoop familiarity
• ML deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP (SageMaker, Azure ML, or Databricks)
• MLOps/CI-CD understanding (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of GenAI — LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows (LangChain/LangGraph)

Good to Have: Retail/CPG/CVM domain, A/B testing, model explainability (SHAP), fine-tuning/LoRA, multi-agent orchestration

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field
