Known for exceptional client relationships, the business generates approximately 90% of its work from repeat customers and continues to grow through reputation and referrals. Job Description Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements. Prepare accurate cost estimates for light industrial and commercial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Participate in client meetings to discuss project scopes and budgets. Provide detailed reports and documentation for each project phase. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager / Estimator should have: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Estimating or preconstruction experience strongly preferred Background in light industrial, commercial, retail, or restaurant projects Proven ability to manage projects valued at $1M-$5M Strong client-facing, business development, and communication skills What's on Offer $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus Annual bonus potential up to 100% of base salary 401(k) with company match and health insurance benefits Autonomy to grow your own client portfolio and career trajectory
