About the RoleConnect Search is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Recruiter to join our growing Finance & Accounting practice.
In this role, you’ll recruit professionals across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit, and Financial Leadership, managing searches from initial sourcing and outreach through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
You’ll work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs, identify strong talent in the market, and build relationships with Finance & Accounting professionals at all levels.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the Finance & Accounting talent market, enjoys building long-term candidate relationships, and wants the autonomy to take ownership of their desk and contribute to the continued growth of an established practice.
What You’ll DoSource, recruit, interview, and place Finance & Accounting professionals across a variety of skill sets and experience levels.Manage multiple searches while maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.Build and maintain a strong network of Finance & Accounting professionals.Partner with the sales team to understand client needs, market dynamics, and search priorities.Develop proactive recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for current and future openings.Provide candidates with a high-touch, consultative experience throughout the recruiting process.Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline information within internal systems.Stay current on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability within the Finance & Accounting market.
What We’re Looking ForPrior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred.Finance & Accounting recruiting experience is strongly preferred.Experience sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.Strong understanding of professional-level recruiting and the ability to work on specialized and complex searches.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive. xzbcwsv Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys building relationships over the long term.
