About the RoleThis is a newly created position on a three-person logistics team coordinating shipment activity across multiple sites. Team members are positioned strategically across locations, and this role carries regional scope — managing outbound freight for several smaller sites rather than a single plant. The role works in close partnership with the company's lead logistics provider and sits at the center of communication between Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, and carriers. This position carries a strong data and reporting component. Beyond day-to-day shipment coordination, this person will own reporting, data preparation, and analysis that supports freight cost management and transportation performance — and the role is expected to lean further into that analytical focus over time. This is a fast-moving, less structured environment. Standard operating procedures aren't fully built out yet, so this role suits someone who's comfortable going with the flow, building process where it's missing, and figuring things out without a playbook handed to them.
