The Nuclear Medicine Technologist, under the general supervision of the Stress Lab Manager, is responsible for performing routine nuclear cardiology, radiopharmacy, and quality control procedures. The Technologist documents, obtains, and processes images and/or data from nuclear medicine technology and provides processed results to the physician for final interpretation. Additional responsibilities include the ability to order, assay, dispense, and administer radioactive materials. Nuclear medicine provides critical insight into both the structure and function of major organ systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am/7:00am to 2:30pm/3:00pm
Perform routine and specialized nuclear cardiology and nuclear medicine procedures
Acquire, process, and evaluate images to ensure technical quality
Provide data, images, and documentation to physicians for interpretation
Perform radiopharmacy duties including ordering, assaying, dispensing radioactive materials
Conduct quality control procedures and maintain equipment calibration
Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of JRCNMT-accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
Degree in relevant field
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $46.15 - $69.20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
