Job Description Lead all field operations for large commercial construction projects Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants Drive project execution from mobilization through final turnover Mentor Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders Develop and implement field operations best practices Conduct regular jobsite planning and coordination meetings Identify project risks and proactively resolve challenges Support operational improvements and process development initiatives Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to leadership and project teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Required Experience 10+ years of Superintendent experience Proven track record managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Experience leading large, complex projects and coordinating multiple trades Required Background Commercial construction experience required Experience with ground-up construction projects Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control Preferred Market Experience Light Industrial Tilt-Wall Construction Automotive Facilities Hospitality Projects Manufacturing Commercial Office Institutional Construction What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 140.000 to USD 160.000.
